All UK residents holding a visa should prioritize applying for and obtaining an eVisa, as all biometric residence permits will expire on 31 December 2024. However, due to challenges with the rollout, the government has confirmed that carriers will accept expired documents until 31 March 2025. – 8th Jan 2025
